Understanding Mental Health Travel
Learn about mental health travel.
This is my first time to talk about my mental health journey. Well, I hope this article can help those who feel lonely or misunderstood.
First of all, in this case, mental health can be seen as a journey or way to recover from mental illness, or learn positive coping mechanisms and behaviors that change over time to manage mental health.
Well, with these tips, let’s look at common situations. That is, anxiety, insomnia, double affective disorder, depression, ADHD, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, etc.
Back to my story, so here I am in a perfect environment, living the daily life of the world and trying to provide the best service for my people. Some people will ask you how to achieve this. This is the pain of the past, This is due to current pressures(e.g., trying to find a job, low turnover, worries, etc.).
For a long time, I have the character of taking a lot of responsibility for the people around me. As the eldest son of my family, this is my characteristic. When I begin to feel uneasy because of the daily pressure, I always worry about what I can do to get the next check, job or customer.
It’s normal to worry about how to achieve my goals, but to some extent, it’s natural. My heart beats so fast at night. When I fall asleep and wake up, I am afraid of undefined behaviors in the future. This happens sometimes, At this stage, it is worrisome that one likes to fall into alternative control measures. Well, here, it is better to try meditation or therapy to avoid people having uncertain ideas about any future events.
The hardest battle that everyone will experience is your own battle. I always fight in my heart and worry about the best for my family and life. I forget myself.
When the economic situation is quite tense, it becomes more difficult to cure.
Now, here is a description of what happened!
What is unusual is that a person always fights with himself. Many questions and doubts will try to find solutions to all battles. The worst case is that past trauma experience will lead to different behaviors.
You get lost in a person’s world. In this world, you constantly fall into meditation that is disconnected from the normal state of society or the real world. Now I understand that when you see a person walking on the street, you will think he is a crazy person. This is a real thing. Many people try to cover this up with another mechanism, but in fact, a more lasting solution is needed.
Then there was insomnia, and all these things attacked me at night. My time is skewed or worse, my rest time is shortened. As a man, it’s a little different. We tend to remain silent about the factors that affect us, not about women. As a father, I want to be strong for my family. And understand everyone’s psychological and emotional state, and still provide the best food. But here, I fell into a low point without saying a word.
hurry up…
The climax of the healing process is when you decide to work internally, not on an external support system.
At this stage, the feeling of being alone is always destructive. But let me be clear, this is a very inconvenient time. I stress again. Here, you will feel betrayed and abandoned. People who should understand you seem far away from you. All these emotional disorders are designed to prolong the healing process. Only when we use the concept of looking at ourselves from the heart and making ourselves the best version of the people around us can we get on the right track.
This also applies to interpersonal relationships. Sometimes, you need very inconvenient time to create the best version of two people and establish a stronger relationship.
I’m still recovering. Because it didn’t stop.
The change of mentality enables people to participate and act better. People can view the world from a very important and cautious perspective, and do not forget their enthusiasm in all situations.
Heal yourself and be healthy.
In this journey, no one is lonely, always like a season.
No matter how you want to see it, don’t let your obstacles affect you.
Finally, I would like to compare the animal kingdom. There are rainy and dry seasons. Animals have a difficult life during the drought. For example, elephants will walk hundreds of miles in order to get water from their maternal memory. On the other hand, when the rainfall is sufficient, there is enough grass, zebras and herbivores can live well here, even more difficult. Because more and more people are being hunted by predators.
No matter what we think, seasons are seasons # mental health problems
