Keep a healthy life

The Maginot line of defense for healthy eating is mainly to establish the balance needed by our body and mind in all the chemical additives and our diets that large food companies try to pollute our diet, so as to achieve the best performance.

All the literatures provide us with suggestions on healthy diet. That is to say, we must reduce the fat content of food and firmly choose to buy green and lean food to improve health. As the general health food tips say, this is especially true.

In fact, we have no reasonable reason not to adopt a healthy diet. Because most science has made clear what is beneficial, necessary and harmful to us. But the choice is our own. We are free to kill ourselves with what we eat.

We eat whatever we eat. We eat fat and gain weight. There is a simple mathematical explanation behind it. Our bodies need energy to digest our food. As a result of digestion, this process causes our bodies to heat up. Did you notice that you were warmer after dinner? The reason is that your food will be metabolized immediately after eating, and can be digested after about 3 hours on average.

But not all foods are the same. Because some food groups only need to metabolize(digest) them and store them in our stomachs as fat for future energy use, they can burn nearly 27% of calories.

Other foods, especially fat, can convert the fat we eat into the fat on our stomach with only 3% of calories. Plus the calorie density of the food. What’s the meaning of this? Take 1 kg of food and check its caloric value. For example, most dry red meat has about 2000 calories per kilogram, or 2 calories per gram. But fat has 7000 calories per kilogram and 7 calories per gram.

Now think about it. If you eat high-fat food, you not only eat a lot of high-fat food, but your body only consumes 3% of energy and stores your fat on the ship.
