Keep a healthy life

Short answer: Yes, change the rules of the game.

Believe it or not, several vaccines against urinary tract infection or UTI are currently under development. But first, there are several considerations. This only applies to recurrent UTI. According to the definition, there are more than 3 times a year or more than half a year. Most people are women, who can have six children every year. This will undoubtedly make people angry, expensive, far away from home and work, and use a lot of antibiotics, resulting in drug resistance. In recent years, the antibiotic saving strategy is to minimize the use of antibiotics, such as vitamins, cranberries, estrogen for atrophic rhinitis, etc.

Uncontrolled research is under way in Europe and North America.

They tested a vaccine called MV140 to prevent recurrent UTI. In five studies treating more than 1400 women, the disappearance rate of UTI in women vaccinated was 35% to 90% higher than that in 500 women injected with antibiotics, and the disappearance rate of UTI in women injected with antibiotics was 0% to 9%. Other studies show that 54% of UTI is free within 3 and 6 months, some of which have been extended to nearly two years. It seems to be a fact that immunity weakens over time, and it is unclear whether re vaccination is required.

No needling

UTI antivirus software is not what you think. It does not involve any needles or needles. It’s simple. Spray twice a day under the tongue for 3 months. This is called immunity through the mucosal surface. Mucosal immune response affects bladder immunity, so oral vaccination is also important. Mucosal immune system includes oral and respiratory mucosa, G.I. mucosa and urogenital mucosa. Mucosa is the lining surface of this structure.

The vaccine is self vaccinated every day for 3 months at home. So far, there are almost no minor side effects. Think of it as a vaccine with slow upload speed, which is the reason for the least side effects. In addition, although the test was carried out for 6 months, no obvious improvement effect was found. The components of the vaccine include the four most common bacteria that cause UTI. Fortunately, the bacteria will be eliminated and will not spill infectious substances in the mouth.

So, when will it be available?

At present, 40,000 people in Europe have participated in the third phase of the study. Canada and the United States also have some research. FDA generally lags behind its European counterparts in the approval process. They will soon study the data. They may decide that further studies are needed to determine efficacy(effectiveness) and safety.

The commercial names of European vaccines are Uromune, Uro Vaxom and SolcoUrovac. Please pay attention to their introduction in North America. Before this, please consult your doctor about the general method of recurrent UTI.
