Is Water Expansion True?
Everyone complains that they feel swollen or look a little fat. A friend is always eager to tell them the truth. In order to know whether they are really correct(or just out of goodwill), I did some research to find out whether the expansion of water is a real phenomenon or a myth.
Is water expansion real or imaginary?
It’s true. There are many reasons for this. Don’t be discouraged. This is not a negative thing.
Let’s first look at the facts about water and our bodies. Water exists in our capillaries, bones, fats and muscles. When water flows on us, if it is trapped in our cells, it will swell up.
Moses Wall “; too loose”; the liquid may “swell”. The space released between cells “; therefore, the water is trapped in the tissue and cannot return to the capillaries. Then it will swell.
The expansion of water can occur in many different ways.
Water flow may be caused by factors other than “water”. Birds are capillaries; this includes changes in blood pressure, water flow, and the lymphatic system.
External factors can also cause water to expand. You can also expand the water without exercising. This affects the speed at which blood passes through the body. This can cause water swelling and other health problems.
Causes of stomach distension
Edema can be confused with weight gain, water retention, and satiety. These situations do not mean that you feel bloated. Ask me what is abdominal distension? According to the American Academy of Family Medicine(AAFM), flatulence means that the stomach is full of gas or air.
Some diseases such as IBS can worsen abdominal distension. Experts at the Cleveland Clinic believe that underlying diseases such as Crohn’s disease and colorectal cancer may cause abdominal distension. Gastric distension may also be caused by menstruation.
Any eating habits will lead to abdominal distension. This habit can cause gas or air to flow upward. Eating gas producing food or drinking through a straw will cause flatulence. This habit makes the stomach fuller.
How can you tell if your body is keeping hydrated?
-The following are the most common signs of water accumulation.
-You are fat these days.
-Unexplained weight gain in a short time
-Feet and hands are swollen. – Does the ring no longer fit?
What can you do to prevent water from swelling?
Yes, many. Just do a little exercise and do it regularly to prevent edema. It can also reduce salt intake, lose weight, avoid extreme temperature, raise legs to increase blood circulation and prevent water expansion.
The chances of staying hydrated depend not only on how much sodium you take in, but also on how much carbohydrate you take in. Cleaning juice is a bad idea. This detergent looks like the latest miracle food, but it can prevent the lymphatic system from getting harmful and sufficient protein.
Prevent stomach distension
Some medical conditions are more likely to cause abdominal distension, but water distension can be controlled or even prevented. You can do something to avoid it.
-Avoid bubble water. Because air bubbles can fill the stomach and intestines with air.
-Drink only with a straw. This allows more air to reach above.
-Drink small, not big.
-Instead of drinking too much water at a time, it is better to disperse the water for a day.
-Water is very important to your physical function. Don’t reduce your water intake to avoid abdominal distension. Even if you feel the water expand, it will disappear.
Water expansion is not equal to fat. This can be avoided. Although it is more common in women than in men. If you are committed to a healthy diet and make exercise a part of your daily life, relax. Water swelling may not be your problem.
