Keep a healthy life

Gait analysis is an evaluation of the way you run or walk. Most people have different gait or walking procedures, which are usually slightly or significantly different from the gait and walking procedures of the next person. The purpose of phase surveys is always to assess these differences. Gait analysis has many purposes. Gait analysis allows health experts to quickly record a person’s walking style and avoid serious or obvious concerns. On the other side of the troupe, there is an advanced three-dimensional gait analysis. It takes several hours to paste markers on the body, so that many complex digital cameras can track the information and conduct advanced computer investigation. These two extremes usually rely on cameras to record people running or walking on the treadmill. There are solutions that can calculate the pressure on other areas of the foot, and solutions that can record muscle group activity.

Neurologists, orthopedics doctors and physiotherapists use gait assessment to diagnose and track progress, helping to make treatment decisions for many neurological diseases(such as multiple sclerosis), orthopedic diseases(such as hip joint diseases) and pediatric diseases(such as cerebral palsy). More complex solutions are often used to record the current state of walking and observe the response to treatment.

Podologists often use gait analysis to study foot biology in detail, as well as the impact of foot function on the further upward movement of the legs, the specific conditions of the lower back and pelvis, and how this affects the foot movement. They may try to find an abductor torsion device and a whip on the inside of the heel to determine whether the foot orthosis can help improve biomechanics and which foot orthosis is suitable for everyone.

Even forensic investigations use gait analysis. Everyone has a relatively unique walking method, so if someone is captured in the CTV video, you can help determine the identity of that person according to the walking posture. There is no doubt that this will not be the only evidence, but it has become an essential part of the group in recent years.

Running coaches and many athletes are usually particularly interested in running styles and can use one of the many other apps currently available to evaluate an athlete’s pace. At present, there are many dialogues in progress to discuss how to choose the best running method with advocates of several different running methods. Gait evaluation is an important part of this method. Running shoe retailers often use gait surveys to check runners’ actual running skills, and they use this information to help specify the right shoes for runners. At present, there is no good research support for whether this is an ideal implementation method.
